Vanni Landi - Executive/Team Coach - Psychologist

Vanni is an Italian/German psychological consultant, trainer, and ICF-accredited coach. For twenty years he has delivered psychosynthesis training and counselling in different European countries through his Munich-based business. He is now using this experience to provide coaching for business teams and individuals.
A lifelong commitment to supporting the self-realisation of his clients is the common thread running through all his work. Through system coaching he helps individuals and teams better understand the dynamics of team working. He coaches for added performance.
Vanni’s journey has taken him from a degree in pharmaceutical chemistry into psychology, including qualifications in systemic family therapy and team coaching. Twenty years of study and practice of Psychosynthesis led him to have a deep knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human psyche. His work experience ranges from the field of self-realization and individual development to leading and training of groups.
