I am internationally certified professional ICF (PCC) coach & mentor coming from executive leadership environment. I gained extensive experience with leading people. For 20 years I successfully worked in the Top 6 global consumer goods companies. I lived and worked in the countries of Northern and Southern America, Central and Eastern Europe, in China and UAE. In the past I served as the President of International Coach Federation (ICF) Czech Republic.
Since 2025 I am variably working and living in Costa-Rica and Europe.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
For the past 10 years I am offering my services as a professional Coach and Mentor. In addition to ICF credential as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I gained my coaching training and prestigious certification as Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) with CTI, California.
Typically, I work with leaders from top and middle management or high potential individuals who are keen to grow personally or develop their skills in leading / collaborating with others. I am putting an attention to creating courageous authentic relationships with other people as well as to the measurability in achieving the ambitious goals. I have over 2,700 hours of coaching experience working with clients from multiple sectors.
As a really useful help when working with my clients on their Individualized Development Planning we may agree to utilize also personality diagnostics tools like HOGAN and/or Lumina Spark.
MENTORING BACKGROUND
Depending on clients’ priorities & goals I am able to also offer insights and industry best practices in multiple areas (e.g. Supply Chain, Shared services, Project Management, Outsourcing, Off-shoring, Organisation Strategy development, Building effective teams, Engagement & SMT, Personality typology) in my capacity as Mentor.
Nevertheless, being mentor does not limit to “functional” expertise only. Having been through numerous life stages myself, I got to appreciate the complexity of human psyche and potential pitfalls in its maturation. Hence, I have been intensely educating myself in the area of psychoanalytic psychotherapy and also currently preparing myself for gaining the Trauma-Informed-Professional Coach (TIPC) credential.
