Hi, I’m Raf – a husband, father and certified ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation. I’ve been through some of the challenges that life can throw at you. My journey may be different from yours, but my experience enables me to feel what you feel, understand you and hear you. My mission is to enable you to feel the joy of being heard!

I work with senior professionals and leaders in tech navigating organisational change, post-acquisition transitions, or the shift into more complex roles — as well as professionals under pressure or aspiring managers ready to step up to the next level. I bring over 25 years of experience as a director and operational leader across multinational technology businesses. I know what it’s like to manage competing demands and feel the weight of decisions that don’t come with a playbook. That lived experience isn’t incidental — it’s central to how I coach.

I’ve learned that when people are listened to deeply, clarity and possibility begin to emerge from within. My role is not to provide answers, but to create space where you can listen more closely to yourself, in a way that honours your own wisdom, at a pace that suits you.
