I work with purpose-driven leaders, helping them maximise their potential so that they create the ripples of change which will lead to a more sustainable, equitable and empathetic world.

I help leaders, managers and organisations develop the empathic leadership skills necessary to fulfil the promise of the Global Goals. I do this by being an ICF certified leadership and executive coach, as well as by offering leadership trainings in Nonviolent Communication

In this session I will help clarify what your needs, hopes and obstacles are and to spec out the work needed for you to get to the results you long for. We decide what coaching arrangement and frequency is best for your situation and aims.
