My expertise lies in understanding human behavior and the drivers which influence motivation, change, performance and potential. My coaching practice is evidence based, utilising a cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, reflective inquiry framework, and incorporating broader positive psychology and resilience interventions where relevant to the achievement of coaching goals.
I specialise in working with emerging, new and seasoned leaders to be more effective in their leadership, and in helping staff at all levels have more satisfying careers.
